Physician’s Manual

The Physician’s Manual is the schedule of medical benefits.  It lists all the Health Service Codes (HSC), their descriptions and values.  The Preamble is the authority for the proper interpretation of the fee schedule.

The newly updated Physician’s Manual merges the content of the previous Physician’s Manual and the Billing Instructions Manual.

Given that the Physician’s Manual is a large document, it may take a minute or two to open.  If you intend to reference this document regularly, it may be useful to download this file to your desktop.
